Build a minimal pouch
Carry healing, condition recovery appropriate to the target, sharpening or ranged supplies, and quest-specific tools. Leaving unused clutter behind makes every manual selection faster and shows immediately when an important item is depleted.
Design the radial menu by urgency
Put emergency healing and condition recovery on positions you can select without reading. Keep capture tools together and separate commonly confused items. Consistency matters more than copying another player's layout.
- Emergency recovery: easiest directions.
- Maintenance: sharpening and weapon supplies together.
- Capture: trap and tranquilizers adjacent.
- Communication: reserve a separate page for multiplayer signals.
Save and verify loadouts
A saved loadout reduces preparation mistakes, but it can also reproduce an old mistake indefinitely. Review the contents after changing weapon type, progression rank, or farming target.
Mid-hunt discipline
Restock only when the rules and current hunt state allow it. If supplies disappear unusually fast, change the decision that consumes them—positioning, guarding, or ammo choice—rather than treating a larger inventory as the complete solution.
